At The Kits Room, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom football shirts to passionate fans around the world. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances.
All Sales Are Final
Please note that all jerseys are made to order and considered final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Jerseys are customised and/or tailored, which makes resale impossible.

We cannot verify whether a shirt has been worn or washed, which raises hygiene concerns.

These items are considered personal use products and are not eligible for resale once opened or worn.
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To report an issue:

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Costs

If your order is incorrect or defective, we’ll cover any return shipping costs.

For all other cases, as returns are not accepted, shipping fees are non-refundable.
